Web developers at Glynn provide onsite support of web operation and maintenance, developing, testing, and maintaining websites and web pages, implementing, maintaining, and training support for web content management, web quality management, portal software, web monitoring and configuration tools, Google search appliance, and eService software. They are responsible for the installation of web-based applications and connectivity to an enterprise database. They have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Required Skills:
Successful candidates will have the following qualities and background:
- Positions on-site in Federal offices and at Glynn Technologies headquarters.
- Must be able to pass credit check and low level clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A team player that can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of GUI design and Usability implementation.
- Expert knowledge of ActionScript.
- Able to conceptualize, program and implement engaging interactive web banners, animation and application, OOP, XML, database integration.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience, including proficiency in use of the latest version of Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop,, Illustrator, MS Office Suite of Products and Fireworks. Creative Web design and support will make use of templates, CSS, DTDs, FTP or evolving XML schema to maximize modularity and speed of development renovation. Must be capable of writing various server side scripts employing XML, XSTL to build web interfaces. Develop applications using Java Server Pages(JSP), ASP, XML VBScript and HTML.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
- Proficient in juggling multiple projects in a rapid production environment.
