At the conclusion of the Focus Group and Usability Sessions, all the information is reviewed and gathered and placed into a Findings and Recommendations Document for client review and discussions as we move forward into the Design of the Graphical User Interface Screens. Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with recommendations for improving their product in ways that will shorten the time to accomplish tasks, reduce the number of mistakes made and reduce learning time for users, and improve users' overall satisfaction with the site. Glynn Technologies will summarize the data collected from the usability testing, analyze it to determine the most pressing usability problems, and make recommendations for resolving those problems. We will also make recommendations for desirable new features based on our research findings.
