CMS Marketing Kit 2005 and 2006
Glynn Technologies designed, developed content, and produced Marketing kits which included stacked slicks, additional brochures, a CD-ROM designed to replicate the contents of the Marketing Kit as well as provide links to CMS related websites which contains the most recent information. Included in the kit is a two sided web wheel that contains provider type needed information which points to the CMS url address available on the cms.hhs.gov website.

Evincible Marketing Kit
A new client approached Glynn to design a complete marketing kit for a trade fair and an ad to a UK based e-commerce magazine. Glynn is known for its ability to produce high-quality work under the tightest deadline. Within a couple of days, Glynn artists created letterhead and the magazine ad. On top of that, a tri-fold folder was designed to tie all the marketing pieces together for a solid branding presentation. The team of designers worked hard to create a successful marketing image for the company. Working closely with a local printer, Glynn artists were able to produce and informational packet for trade show handout that met the needs of the client.

Fraud and Abuse Brochure
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) encourages continued training among health care professionals who treat those enrolled in the Medicare program. An area of concern for CMS is fraud and abuse within the Medicare program. CMS produced a Fraud and Abuse publication to draw attention to, and help prevent Medicare Fraud and Abuse. As part of this important effort to education Medicare providers, CMS has produced the Medicare Fraud and Abuse brochure. This brochure ties in graphically with both the fraud and abuse publication and the CMS Fraud and Abuse Web-based Training.

Usability Guidelines Book
Department of Health and Human Services' Usability team tasked Glynn Technologies to redesign the 2006 Research-Based Web Design & Usability Guidelines. The Guideline identifies innovative, research-based approaches that result in highly responsive and easy-to-use Web sites for the public. Ever since its introduction in 2003, the Guideline has been widely used by Government agencies and the private sector.
Given a very tight deadline, Glynn’s responsibility included reorganizing each chapter’s findings based on the Relative Importance and Strength of Evidence ratings, citing Sources and laying-out all the design elements in InDesign. The biggest challenge was trying to fit the content while maintaining the order dictated by the Relative Importance rating. On top of that, Glynn was also responsible for generating a Keyword Index, as well as Author Index, tagging more than 4000 words for each.

Medicare Guide to Rural Health Services Information
CMS tasked Glynn Technologies to design the Medicare Guide to Rural Health Services Information guide book in PDF, print and CD-ROM versions. The guideline offers Medicare providers, suppliers, and physicians rural health information and resources in a single source. Some of the subjects covered in this book are Ambulance Services, Critical Access Hospital, Prescription Drug Plan and Telehealth.
Given only 3 weeks to complete the project, Glynn designed a new cover and matching CD-ROM label, incorporated black and white photos to the inside pages and converted the entire book to a PDF format suited for web as well as print.

Family Violence Poster
National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives contracted Glynn Technologies to produce their video series on Human Diversity which included Train-the-Trainer Manual development, Posters, Video’s and Computer-based Training programs.

CMS MLN Give-Aways
Glynn Technologies designed, developed content, and produced Marketing kits which included stacked slicks, additional brochures, a CD-ROM designed to replicate the contents of the Marketing Kit as well as provide links to CMS related websites which contains the most recent information. As part of the entire promotion of the CMS Medicare Learning Network website, Glynn produced a number of give-aways which highlighted and "branded" the Medicare Learning Network informational and educational site. These give-aways included MLN markers, an MLN puzzle, and a CMS "web wheel".

Guidance Tool Mailer
The Medicare Learning Network Guidance Tool is a CD-ROM provided by CMS' Medicare Learning Network (MLN). The tool provides easy to use features which streamline searching the MLN site for relevant and up-to-date links to national provider training and educational materials. A tutorial shows how to use the Guidance Tool to locate new links, refine searches, download and order educational materials. Additionally, the MLN Guidance Tool demonstrates how to easily navigate through the Medicare Learning Network web pages.

History of Money
Glynn was hired to create a CD-ROM for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing which outlined the history of money and was available for purchase at the end of the BEP tour. The CD-ROM was packaged as a mailer. This interactive product was geared toward the general public and featured an animated "cartoon character" who acted as a tour guide through the periods in monetary history being shown. We created this narrator and dressed him in costumes which changed to represent that period in time. Glynn designed all animation, designed the GUI, created the video, wrote the script, and narrated the voice over.

BEP Billion Dollar Showcase
Working with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Glynn Interactive has produced an interactive, promotional CD-Rom on the exhibit called "A Billion Dollar Showcase." The CD-Rom includes videos with fun facts on these rare and antique bills found in the exhibit. Moreover, the CD-Rom includes detailed shots of these never before seen notes.
The purpose of building "A Billion Dollar Showcase" on CD-Rom was to allow those who cannot come and view the exhibit first hand the opportunity to still learn about the bills at their own computers.
Our design team worked hard in making the promotional materials for the exhibit. We created the graphics for the CD-Rom, the CD label, and the mailer that holds the CD-Rom. Moreover, in promoting "A Billion Dollar Showcase," Glynn Interactive produced a fold out brochure explaining the exhibit in detail.
