SCORM-Compliant Instructional Design Careers
Instructional designers at Glynn Technologies create Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules using systematic instructional design processes and sound usability design principles to ensure that products meet client expectations.
They build the XML manifest file and wrap the SCOs with the code necessary to achieve SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2005 compliance, depending on the target LMS.
The instructional designers are responsible for all aspects of the design of instructional materials including script story boarding, flow diagrams, content writing, copy editing, and design contribution.
Their qualifications include a minimum of three years progressive experience in the development of content for Web applications, a demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise documents, strong time management skills and the ability to complete projects under strict deadlines along with a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
