Gang Identification and Intervention Strategies

The Gang Identification and Intervention Strategies was the first in the Ridge School’s Lecture Series. For this lecture, the Ridge School worked with Montgomery County’s Violence Prevention Coordinator, the Peaceoholics and Montgomery County Police, Community Outreach Division. Glynn produced, directed, edited and digitized the video. We streamed the video using Flash through the Web so that a Web user does not have to wait to download a large file before seeing the video or hearing the sound. Instead, the media is sent in a continuous stream and is played as it arrives.

Operation Runaway Video

Operation Runaway is a community-based, family-focused, and crisis-oriented program to assist at-risk runaway youth and their families. It provides free, therapeutic support services, education and advocacy in an effort to prevent and reduce runaway behavior. Glynn interviewed former runaways, and videotaped community leaders to deliver this important message. We streamed the video using Flash through the Web so that a Web user does not have to wait to download a large file before seeing the video or hearing the sound. Public Service Announcement
on Mental Health

A public service announcement on mental health was aired on major networks to convey that mental illness crosses all ages, races, and genders. Glynn produced the PSA in all of its phases. Glynn Technologies organized the film shoot, hired the actors, taped it in its entirety, edited, mixed the sound and packaged it ready for broadcast.
