NIH LaSalud
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) needed to make sure that their Spanish-language health portal was meeting the needs of the significant Spanish-speaking community in the United States. They needed a way of conducting a broad spectrum of usability tests that drew on the experience and practice of the way the site was used. Glynn Technologies was contracted to identify constituent users, conduct usability studies, and make redesign recommendations. With extensive usability testing experience across many platforms and audiences, Glynn Technologies organized a usability plan that included a full spectrum of user input, including laboratory studies via the Internet, one-on-one interviews, and group sessions. The result was a set of recommendations that increased the reach and impact of the NIH mission.
