Guidance Tool Application

The Medicare Learning Network Guidance Tool is a CD-ROM provided by CMS' Medicare Learning Network (MLN). The tool provides easy to use features which streamline searching the MLN site for relevant and up-to-date links to national provider training and educational materials. A tutorial shows how to use the Guidance Tool to locate new links, refine searches, download and order educational materials. Additionally, the MLN Guidance Tool demonstrates how to easily navigate through the Medicare Learning Network web pages.

MLN Guided Pathways

The MLN Guided Pathways is presented to the learner in ways which are visual and dynamic while at the same time providing useful information, education, and resources about the Medicare Program and the overall structure of the CMS website.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has provided a dynamic tool for its Medicare fee-for-service health care professionals. The MLN Guided Pathways product is a dynamic, graphic-based web application which allows fee-for-service professionals to view many of the resources, links, and educational materials on the Medicare Learning Network's web pages. Designed to give the look and feel of a "road trip", the Guided Pathways viewer, travels from topic to topic, and resource to resource as if traveling by car from city to city, and building to building.
