Glynn Technologies conducted Usability Sessions to include Focus Groups, One-on-one Interviews, and Lab Testing from nine constituent user groups within the Healthcare Arena. The Findings and Recommendations Document was created and utilized during the next task, Redesign and Development. Redesign Requirement: Conform to HHS' new design guidelines and standards, create a fluid design for web, develop the e-newsletter, implement print capability, develop and implement templates with the required banners with unique identifiers for the inter-agency web page. Section 508 was implemented along with P3P standards.
