Web Developer / Flash Programmer

Required Skills:

• Understanding of GUI design and Usability implementation.
• Expert knowledge of ActionScript.
• Able to conceptualize, program and implement engaging interactive web banners, animation and application.OOP, XML, database integration with Flash and experience making Flash content W3C compliant are all a plus.

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience, including proficiency in use of the latest version of Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, MS Office Suite of Products and Fireworks. Creative Web design and support will make use of templates, CSS, DTDs, FTP or evolving XML schema to maximize modularity and speed of development renovation. Must be capable of writing various server side scripts employing XML, XSTL to build web interfaces. Develop applications using Java Server Pages(JSP), ASP, XML VBScript and HTML.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop is essential.
• Profecient in juggling multiple projects in a rapid production environment.
